Program Details
The Cloud Elite program is made up of three tiers, designed to address different levels of knowledge and commitment: Basics, Fundamentals and Cloud Expert. Each tier is driven by «A la carte» participation events, including workshops, training, and interactive sessions aimed at Presales, Project Managers and Technical Consultants. According to your profile and skills, you will be directed to the appropriate level.
Basics
Dedicated to Sales, Presales, Project managers and new employees who need to develop an understanding of Salesforce’s positioning, business model, and products. These sessions are 2-3 days per year to introduce Salesforce to our partner ecosystem.
Fast Forward
Format: 2-3 days
Bootcamp to discover who we are, what we do and what makes us unique (business model, Cloud Solutions, Value Selling…)
Fundamentals
Dedicated to Presales, Manager, Consultant, and Project Manager that know the Salesforce products but want to expand their knowledge on Salesforce Cloud, the Salesforce ecosystem, while gaining new connections and insight. This tier is driven by “A la carte” events.
BootCamp
Format: 1-3 days
A series of interactive meetings that provide you with Presales skills training (discovery, demos, objection handling etc.), Salesforce Solutions positioning, competitive information, including business-focused discovery, demo, and role-playing exercises.
Lunch & Learn
Format: lunch time
Empower the extended Sales Engineering community with the vision, positioning, ISV products and technical skills to align, focus and win projects more effectively.
Cloud Day
Format: 1 day
A dedicated day with hands on activities where Salesforce cloud black belts deep dive in one cloud: Sales, Service, Marketing, Platform, Analytics…
KSD
Format: 1 to 3 days
Collaboration, knowledge-sharing product & technical skills investment by Solution Engineering commercial approach and strategy.
Webinar
Format: 1 hour, remote
Online interactive live sessions where our experts focus on a particular Cloud. Helps you rapidly understand the business cases behind the Cloud or zoom in on technologies.
Industry Day
Format: 1 day
Learn about vertical markets with business experts sharing their industry experience and knowledge. Facts & figures, trends, market share, customer reference analysis.
Demo Day
Format: 0.5-1 day
Practice story telling, demoing with value is key to success, and this session is only dedicated to practice it.
Cloud Expert
Dedicated to Members that have already attended and surpassed Fundamentals and are looking for the next level. They will deep dive in our presales methodology and work closer with Solution Engineer. This tier is driven by “A la carte” events.
Mentor
Format: regular 1:1 meetings
A dedicated experienced SE will act as a Salesforce single point of contact on presales activities. The mentor focuses on your questions and can help you identify the right resource.
Shadowing
Format: Several days
Shadow one Solution Engineer to work on real demonstration to practice configuration of demo environment and think value first.
Pathfinder Training
Format: 2 to 3 days
Advanced training to focus on selling the value and not the features. These sessions are critical to understand what are the methodology used by Salesforce to convince the prospect or the customer.
