In 2016, the Cloud Elite program is made up of four tiers, designed to address different levels of knowledge and commitment: Basics, Fundamentals, Cloud Expert and Industry Expert. Each tier is driven by «A la carte» participation events, including workshops, training, and interactive sessions aimed at Presales, Project Managers and Technical Consultants. According to your profile and skills, you will be directed to the appropriate level.
Dedicated to Sales, Presales, Project Managers, and new employees who need to develop a basic understanding of the Salesforce solution and the way to sell it. These sessions are 2-3 days per year to introduce Salesforce to our partner ecosystem.

Dedicated to Architects who have already attended and surpassed Fundamentals and are looking for the next level. They will deep-dive on specific clouds to become experts by following the same training path as a Salesforce employee. This tier is driven by «A la carte» events.

Advanced training with Salesforce SE experts in a dedicated Cloud. This training starts a 6 months journey to get a SE Black Belt
Type Credentials. A Salesforce SE will follow you on a dedicated opportunity as part of the training path.
